Borough of Waterford, PA Chapter 129 Emergency Services Reimbursement

§ 129-1 Authorization to bill.

To the extent authorized by Pennsylvania law, the Borough of Waterford hereby authorizes the Stancliff Hose Company to directly bill property owners and/or the insurance agent(s) of Waterford Borough properties receiving emergency and fire protection services from the Stancliff Hose Company.

§ 129-2 Provision of information.

Any person, property owner, business owner, business, firm, corporation, or organization who receives emergency fire protection services shall provide the Stancliff Hose Company with the following information:

A. Name, address, telephone contact number of the property owner and any tenants;

B. Name, address, policy number, and agent of the insurance carrier (if applicable).

§ 129-3 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues or each section of this chapter which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
