[Ord. 1977-2, 1/3/1977]
All taxes which are not paid to the Borough for four months
after the date of the tax notice, shall be delinquent and the tax
payers shall be charged a penalty of 10%, which penalty shall be added
to the taxes by the Tax Collector and be collected by her/him in accordance
with applicable law.
