Every operator of a vehicle approaching an intersection at which an official traffic control device is erected in accordance with this chapter shall obey the direction of such official traffic control device as required by the Wisconsin Statutes incorporated by reference in § 348-1 of this chapter. Operators of vehicles approaching a stop sign shall stop before entering a highway as required by § 346.46, Wis. Stats. Operators approaching intersections at which a yield sign has been installed shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles as required by § 346.18(6), Wis. Stats.[1]
A.
State speed limits adopted. The provisions of §§ 346.57,
346.58 and 346.59, Wis. Stats., relating to the maximum and minimum
speed of vehicles are hereby adopted as part of this section as if
fully set forth herein, except as hereinafter specified pursuant to
§ 349.11(3)(c), Wis. Stats.
B.
Speed limits. The speed limits are as hereinafter set forth upon

C.
Speed limits on Cambria Street. The speed limit on Cambria Street
from the west boundary of the Village, County Highway P, going east
shall be 45 miles per hour to Second Street, then 25 miles per hour
going east to North Columbus Street. From North Columbus Street, going
east for 0.21 mile, the speed limit will be 35 miles per hour, then
the speed limit will be 45 miles per hour easterly to the east boundary
of the Village.

D.
Speed limits on State Trunk Highway 73. The speed limits on State
Trunk Highway 73 shall be as posted by the Wisconsin Department of
Transportation.
E.
Speed in park. No driver shall operate a motor vehicle in the Village
park at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.

That portion of the following highways located in the Village
of Randolph shall hereafter be known as "Kienow Drive": commencing
at the west boundary of the Village of Randolph, running east on State
Highway 73 to the intersection of County Trunk Highway AC, then continuing
east to the east boundary of the Village of Randolph.
For purposes of this chapter, all stops shall be made by vehicles
immediately prior to entering the crosswalk closest to the intersection
being approached and located between the vehicle and the intersection.
Where there are no marked crosswalks but sidewalks exist, then all
stops shall be made before crossing the extended edge of the sidewalk
farthest from the intersection being approached. In the event there
are neither marked crosswalks nor sidewalks, then all stops shall
be made with the front of the vehicle located approximately at a line
extended from the stop sign and perpendicular thereto into the street
being traveled by the vehicle.
The Police/Fire/EMS equipment lane extends to the north of the
Safety Building down between 232 and 238 West Stroud Street. Traffic
shall be limited to one-way traffic to the north.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to
turn said vehicle at any of the intersections hereinafter designated
so as to proceed in the opposite direction:

A.
Motor vehicle. No person may operate a motor vehicle on a highway
or roadway within the Village of Randolph unless the person possesses
a valid operator's license issued to the person by the State of Wisconsin
Department of Transportation or some other recognized jurisdiction.[1]
