A.
Required. No person shall sell cigarettes in the Village without
first obtaining a license from the Village Clerk or designee. The
provisions of § 134.65, Wis. Stats., are adopted and made
part of this section by reference.[1]
B.
Fee. The cigarette retailer's license fee shall be established
by resolution by the Village Board from time to time and added to
the comprehensive fee schedule.
