The existing Fire Department consisting of volunteer fire companies,
chief, drivers, equipment and facilities shall operate in accordance
with the procedures, authority, powers and duties as provided for
in established ordinance. The Council may revise procedures, authority,
powers and duties of the Fire Department with a two-third (2/3) majority
of Council.
