The North Versailles Township Sanitary Authority Resolution
No. 98-1 and procedural rules, Exhibits A and B are hereby adopted
and approved. All the requirements of those documents are incorporated
into the Township Code of Ordinances.[1]

The North Versailles Township Sanitary Authority is given the
authority to enforce the duties and obligations established in Exhibits
A and B.
The fees and charges imposed herein may be amended by simple
resolution of the Township or the Authority.
