The Town of Windsor Locks, acting herein by a Town Meeting,
authorizes the creation and establishment of an advisory board known
as the "Capital Improvement Advisory Committee (CIAC)." The CIAC shall
be an advisory board only, advising the Board of Finance regarding
capital expenditures for the upcoming and subsequent fiscal years.
Each year, the CIAC shall gather and coordinate information from the
various Town departments and Board of Education and make recommendations
for capital improvements to the Board of Finance. Any such recommendations
shall be for informational purposes only.
