A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the
Borough Office of the Borough of Doylestown, being designated as the
National Electrical Code, (2008 Edition), as published by National
Fire Protection Association 70, subject to such portions as may hereinafter
be deleted, modified or amended, be and is hereby adopted as the Electrical
Code of the Borough of Doylestown, for the purposes therein provided;
and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions
and terms of the National Electrical Code (2008 Edition), including
all editions, supplements to date, and to be issued in the future,
are hereby adopted and made a part thereof, as if fully set out at
length herein.

Wherever any provisions or requirements of the regulations of any agency or department of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is more stringent or stricter than a provision or requirement of this Part 6, the applicable provision or requirement of such agency or department shall supersede any such provision or requirement of this Part.
