[Adopted 11-4-1931 as § 79 of Art. XII of the Village Ordinances;

All moneys arising from any of the fines imposed or penalties
recovered or license fees collected under the provisions of this Code,
including costs, shall, unless otherwise provided by statute, be paid
over to the Treasurer by the person collecting or receiving the same
and placed to the credit of the general fund of the Village by the
Clerk-Treasurer upon receipt of the same, who shall specially make
report thereof to the Board of Trustees annually.

The fee for a tax search shall be fixed from time to time by
the Village Board. All searches are done for a ten-year period.
