Section 2-43 First Ward.

The First Ward shall consist of the following area:

Beginning at the intersection of the Hudson River and the northerly city line; thence proceeding easterly along the city line to the intersection of Washington Street; thence southerly along the center line of Washington Street to the intersection of Mansion Street; thence easterly along the center line of Mansion Street to the intersection of Market Street; thence southerly along the center line of Market Street to the intersection of Mill Street; thence easterly along the center line of Mill Street to the intersection of Catharine Street; thence southerly along the center line of Catharine Street to the intersection of Main Street; thence westerly along the center line of Main Street to the intersection of Rinaldi Boulevard; thence southerly along the center line of Rinaldi Boulevard to the intersection of Gerald Drive; thence westerly along Gerald Drive to Route 44/55; thence westerly along Route 44/55 to the Hudson River; thence northerly along the city line to the point of beginning.
