For purposes of this chapter, special community events shall
include, but not be limited to:
(a)
Ward Block Party. A Ward Block Party shall
be located on a City public street or intersection within the geographic
boundaries of the Ward sponsoring such party.
(c)
Such other events as the City Administrator shall determine
that the City shall sponsor or co-sponsor and for which there is sufficient
funding and departmental resources to sustain the City's sponsorship
of each event.
