For purposes of this chapter, special community events shall include, but not be limited to:
(a) 
Ward Block Party. A Ward Block Party shall be located on a City public street or intersection within the geographic boundaries of the Ward sponsoring such party.
(b) 
Ward Park Party. A Ward Park Party shall be located in a City park within the geographic boundaries of the ward sponsoring such party or, if none exists, in any other City park as defined in Chapter 15, Article II, Section 15-18(b) of the City Code of Ordinances.
(c) 
Such other events as the City Administrator shall determine that the City shall sponsor or co-sponsor and for which there is sufficient funding and departmental resources to sustain the City's sponsorship of each event.
