The appropriate officers authorized to sign approved subdivision
plats under the Town Law are the Chairman and the Clerk of the Planning
Board or, in their absence, the Acting Chairman and the Acting Clerk.
In addition, the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk are authorized cosigners
under the Real Property Law.
