The Town of Elma, pursuant to the authority contained in Chapter
616 of the Laws of 1966, as set forth in § 467 of the Real
Property Tax Laws, hereby grants a partial tax exemption on real property
within the Town of Elma.[1]

Editor's Note: The maximum income allowable under this exemption
is set by resolution of the Town Board and is on file in the office
of the Town Clerk.
Such partial tax exemption shall be given only to the owners
of real property referred to in § 467 of the Real Property
Tax Law and upon the terms and conditions and in the manner set forth
in said § 467, as now enacted or hereafter amended.
