Health and sanitation — See Ch. 57.
There shall be established within the Department of Health of
the City of Norwalk a Home Health Care Agency which shall be known
as the "Norwalk Public Health Nursing Service."
The governing authority for such agency shall be the Board of
Health, which shall have all the rights, privileges and powers and
be subject to all of the duties and responsibilities set out in Sections
19-13-D66 through 19-13-D79 of the Regulations of State Department
of Health Services.
Said agency shall be organized, staffed and shall carry out
its purposes in compliance with the provisions of Sections 19-13-D66
through 19-13-D79 of the Regulations of the State Department of Health
Services.
