All elected and appointed boards within the Town shall make
open sessions of their meetings available for recording and broadcast
by cable television, subject to availability of the cable provider
and of the space needed in a Town building for such purposes, and
subject to the reasonable requirements of the board chair as to the
number, placement and operation of equipment used so as not to interfere
with the conduct of the meeting. At the beginning of each meeting,
the chair shall inform attendees of any such recordings and/or broadcast.
