Official signs shall be erected giving notice of traffic and
parking regulations contained in the Borough's Code.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place
any marker, sign or line upon any of the streets, avenues or alleys
of the Borough for the purpose of regulating traffic, parking or standing
of vehicles, except by and with the consent and approval of the Council.
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate
a vehicle through any sign or in violation of any traffic signal or
line in the Borough.

The Council or its designee shall designate and regulate all
bus stops, traffic lights, parking and standing lines and other traffic
markings.
