In the event the Borough enters into an agreement with one or
more Borough Authorities to provide billing and collection services
to the Borough for sewer service charges, the following shall apply:
A.
Sections of the Borough general code pertaining to payment of charges,
surcharges and interest on late payments, and delinquency; remedies
of Borough may be declared null and void and the rules and regulations,
as may be amended from time to time, of the Borough Authority(ies)
with which the Borough has entered into such billing and collection
agreement(s) shall apply as to customers located within the service
area of the Borough Authority(ies).
The appropriate officers of the Borough are hereby authorized
and directed to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate
the purposes of this article.
