The 2009 International Building Code, the 2009 International
Fire Code, the 2009 International Residential Code, the 2009 International
One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code, the 2009 International Plumbing
Code, the 2009 International Mechanical Code, the 2009 International
Property Maintenance Code, and the 2009 ICC Electrical Code are hereby
adopted as the Building Code, Fire Code, Residential Code, One- and
Two-Family Dwelling Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code, Property
Maintenance Code and Electrical Code of the Township of Rochester
for the regulation of buildings and structures as therein provided,
and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions
and terms of said Building Code, Fire Code, Residential Code, One-
and Two-Family Dwelling Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code, Property
Maintenance Code and Electrical Code are hereby referred to, adopted
and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.

A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Township of Rochester, Building Inspector Records of Township of Rochester, being marked and designated as the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2012 edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Pool and Spa Code of the Township of Rochester, Beaver County, in the State of Pennsylvania, regulating and governing the design, construction, alteration, movement, relocation, replacement, repair and maintenance of swimming pools, spas, hot tubs, aquatic facilities and related equipment as herein provided; providing for issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Pool and Spa Code on file in the office of the Township of Rochester are hereby referred to, adopted, and a part hereof, as if fully set out in this legislation, with additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 60-3.
The following sections are hereby revised:
Ordinance No. 438 of Township of Rochester entitled section
for Swimming Pool and Spa Code in the 2009 International Building
and Maintenance Code adopted December 16, 2010, and any other ordinances
or parts of laws in conflict herewith to this section are hereby repealed.
