For the convenience and efficiency of the operation of the Borough's
government, all Borough employees hereafter employed shall reside
in the Borough or, in lieu thereof, shall reside within a radius of
10 miles of the Borough limits.
Applicants for full-time employment living more than 10 miles
outside the Borough limits must agree, if successful in obtaining
employment, to move into the required radius and the required county
within one year of the beginning of their employment period.
