Any change in the development or use of nonresidential property
which intensifies the development or causes an increase in runoff
shall be cause for the Village to change or adjust the stormwater
user fee for that parcel. The owner shall notify the Village within
30 days of the date of the issuance of a building permit or completion
of the change in development or use of the parcel, whichever is earlier.
Any change in the development or use of nonresidential property
for which a credit is received which intensifies the development or
causes an increase in runoff shall be cause for the Village to change,
modify or eliminate the stormwater user fee credit for that parcel.
The owner shall notify the Village within 30 days of the date of the
issuance of a permit or completion of the charge in development or
use of the parcel, whichever is earlier.
