Wilmerding Borough has heretofore established ordinances providing
for fees, licenses, costs and other charges for various services,
taxes or activities, hearings, occupations and permits in the Borough
of Wilmerding. The following are included, which is not intended to
be all inclusive but only to set forth by way of example: hearing
fees, inspection fees, occupancy permit fees, building permits, Solicitor
fees, license fees, no-lien letter fees, fees charged for obtaining
copies of records and reports, and fees charged for certifications
from official records. It is the intention of Borough Council to reestablish
those fees effective immediately and to provide for the future amendment
of said fees. Hereinafter, the Borough Council may reestablish or
amend any of the fees, charges, licenses or any other costs by simple
resolution.
If any provision of this chapter shall be in conflict with any
preexisting ordinances, this chapter shall govern; and said preexisting
ordinances are repealed only insofar as they conflict herewith.
