The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Berlin hereby desire
to fully designate and officially authorize an entity for the handling
of emergency and ambulance services for the Borough of Berlin.
Effective immediately, the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Berlin hereby designate and authorize the Berlin Inter-Community
Ambulance Association (Berlin Emergency Medical Service) as the official
emergency and ambulance first responder for the Borough of Berlin.
