the Town of Brentwood (Ch. 114 of the 1986 Code). Amendments noted

No person or persons shall willfully or maliciously burn, destroy,
tear down or damage or attempt or conspire to burn, destroy, tear
down or damage any public property in the Town of Brentwood.
For the purposes of this chapter, the property of any fire department
or rescue squad shall be considered to be public property.
