A.
No live animal may be given away, raffled or offered as a prize,
premium, advertising device or as an inducement to any contest, game
or other competition.
B.
No live animal may be given away as an inducement to enter a place
of amusement or business.
C.
No person may give away any live animal as incentive to enter any
commercial or business agreement.
D.
It shall be unlawful within any area of the County for any person,
firm or corporation to give away any live animal as a prize or award
in connection with any raffle, protest, demonstration, promotion or
as an inducement to enter any game, contest or other competition,
except livestock given away as a part of a farm youth educational
program.
It shall be unlawful within any area of the County for any person,
firm or corporation to use or allow any animal to be used in connection
with any game, contest or other competition where the use of said
animal dictates or affects the outcome of such game, contest or competition.
This provision shall not apply to any horse racing activities.
