Since the Grand River Fire District has jurisdiction over all buildings and premises within the City for firefighting, fire prevention and fire inspection, whoever disobeys or refuses to adhere to or follow any order made by the Grand River Fire District Fire Inspector or his agent when said Fire Inspector or his agent is acting pursuant to the duties of his office as set forth by federal, state or local law, said individual is in violation of this chapter and is subject to penalties as set forth in § 1-3 of the Code of the City of Markesan.
