In accordance with the provisions of C.G.S. § 7-148s,
as that section may be amended or recodified from time to time, any
individual or business entity wishing to use the Town of Southington
Geographic Information System may request such access at the appropriate
Town department for the Town of Southington. The Town Manager shall
establish reasonable rules and regulations regarding such use, including
hours during which access may be available to the public, computer
security issues, and other operating conditions.

The engineering office shall set a reasonable fee for the downloading
and copying of information from the geographic information system.
Said fee shall range from individual items requested from the geographic
information system to a complete downloading of the entire database
of the geographic information system. The Town Engineer shall review
from time to time the schedule of fees and may amend accordingly and
publish the fees on the Town's website for downloading.
