from the southeast corner of the sidewalk surrounding the building
[designated in Ordinance No. 1418] a distance of sixty-four (64) feet,
the location thereof being marked on the plat attached thereto and
hereby made a part hereof, is hereby designated as a fire lane, within
which it shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop,
stand or park a vehicle at any time (Ord. 1418)

of that portion of the walkway directly opposite the Olive Boulevard
entrance to Olivette Plaza and extending northerly a distance of sixty
(60) feet toward the buildings in Olivette Plaza; the location thereof
being marked on the diagram attached to Ordinance No. 1631 and hereby
made a part hereof, as a fire lane, within which it shall be unlawful
for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park a vehicle at
