Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed original Art.
VIII, Industrial Research Zone, of the 1993 Code.
It is the purpose of this zone district to establish a zone
regulating public open space and government use.
No lot shall be used and no structure shall be altered or occupied
for any purpose except the following:
A.
Accessory uses or structures customarily incidental to permitted
uses.
Where a use is not permitted, it shall be considered prohibited.
