Article I Mutual Aid

§ 40-1 Authorization to assist other jurisdictions.

The Salem Fire Department is hereby authorized to go to the aid of other cities, towns, villages or fire districts within or without the state for the purpose of extinguishing fires and other Fire Department matters.
