A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to play or engage in any games, sports, or other activities other than tennis on the tennis courts at 4400 Shrewsbury Avenue, southeast of the City Hall and Fire Department.
B. 
The Recreation Commission is hereby authorized to promulgate and institute rules and regulations governing the use of the aforesaid tennis courts. These rules and regulations shall include, but not be limited to, the hours the tennis courts shall be used, the length of time parties may play when other persons are waiting and such other rules and regulations as the Recreation Commission may deem necessary.
C. 
It shall be the duty of each and every official, employee, and citizen of the City to report any violations of this Section to the Police Department whose duty it shall be to enforce this Section and the rules and regulations instituted by the Recreation Commission, as set forth in Subsection (D).
D. 
Any person twenty-one (21) years of age or older who is found violating the rules and regulations instituted by the Recreation Commission shall be issued a summons to appear in the Municipal Court of the City to show cause why he or she should not be barred from the use of the recreational facilities of the City. Any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years who is found violating the rules and regulations instituted by the Recreation Commission shall be transported to his or her home and a summons issued to his or her parents to appear in the Municipal Court to show cause why said minor should not be barred from the use of the recreational facilities of the City.

A. 
The hour of 6:00 A.M. is hereby established as the opening time for all parks within the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri. The hour of 10:00 P.M. is hereby established as the closing time for all parks within the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to be in or upon any of the City Parks of the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri, between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. the following day unless such person has a permit or special permission from the Recreation Commission or Board of Aldermen of the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri, to be in or upon any of the City Parks between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. the following day.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to be in or upon the premises of the Shrewsbury Municipal Swimming Pool at any time other than the times when the pool is open to the public or to a private party by the manager of the pool.
D. 
For purposes of this Section, the premises outside the fence or building surrounding the Shrewsbury Municipal Swimming Pool, including the parking lot, shall be considered to be a City Park.
E. 
Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this Section shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, manager or person in charge of any public dance hall or pavilion, bowling alley or skating rink to permit same to remain open after 1:00 A.M.
Any person who has in his/her possession a reproduced, modified or altered motor vehicle driver's license, non-driver's license issued by any uniformed service of the United States, or identification card established in Section 302.181, RSMo, or any other such identification card which indicates that the person represented on the card is over twenty-one (21) years of age, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
A. 
It is unlawful, while on a bus, in the terminal or on property contiguous thereto for any person:
1. 
To threaten a breach of the peace or use any obscene, profane or vulgar language;
2. 
To be under the influence of alcohol or unlawfully under the influence of a controlled substance or to ingest or have in his/her possession any controlled substance unless properly prescribed by a physician or medical facility, or to drink intoxicating liquor of any kind in or upon any passenger bus except a chartered bus;
3. 
To fail to obey a reasonable request or order of a bus driver or any duly authorized company representative.
B. 
If any person shall violate any provision of Subsection (A), the driver of the bus or person in charge thereof may stop it at the place where the offense is committed, or at the next regular or convenient stopping place of the bus and require the person to leave the bus.
