A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Shrewsbury, being marked and designated as "The 2006 International Property Maintenance Code" as published by the International Code Council and as adopted and amended by St. Louis County, be and is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Shrewsbury in the State of Missouri for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said 2006 International Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 500.060 of this Article.

The "International Property Maintenance Code" as adopted in Section 500.050 is hereby revised as follows:

IPM Section 602.3. Insert: (Oct. 1st—May 1st in two locations)

IPM Section PM-602.4. Insert: (Oct. 1st—May 1st in two locations)
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Article or the Code adopted in this Article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned in the City or County Jail for a period of not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
