A. 
The following areas within the City shall be designated as special enforcement traffic zones.
1. 
Sutherland Avenue between Laclede Station Road and Shrewsbury Avenue.
2. 
St. Michael’s Avenue between Sutherland Avenue and Murdoch Avenue.
3. 
Shrewsbury Avenue between Weil Avenue and Hazel Avenue.
B. 
Each person who violates any of the provisions of this Title III, Traffic Code within a special enforcement traffic zone shall be subject to a maximum penalty which is two (2) times what it would otherwise be if committed in an area within the City which is not within a special enforcement traffic zone.
