Any subdivider or property owner owning real estate outside the City limits of the City of Knob Noster, Missouri, which falls within 201 planning area designed by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources may construct a sanitary sewer main from the existing City of Knob Noster sanitary sewer to his/her property and all lateral sewers on his/her property at his/her expense, which construction must comply with the specifications, standards, and requirements of the City of Knob Noster, Missouri, and the State of Missouri and pass inspection by each.

The subdivider or property owner as herein described shall pay all costs associated with the design, construction and inspection of these sewers.

The subdivider or property owner as herein described shall pay the following cost to the City of Knob Noster, Missouri, for the hookup as herein described outside the City limits of Knob Noster, Missouri, as follows:
Such subdivider or property owner shall pay a charge of two cents ($0.02) per square foot of the platted area paid in advance and three dollars seventy-five cents ($3.75) per month maintenance charge for each resident unit or hookup. Commercial establishments located outside the City limits of Knob Noster, Missouri, whose business wastes large quantities of water into the sewer system shall pay seven dollars fifty cents ($7.50) per month to twenty thousand (20,000) gallons; fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month to fifty thousand (50,000) gallons; twenty-two dollars fifty cents ($22.50) per month to one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons and seven dollars fifty cents ($7.50) per month for each fifty thousand (50,000) gallons over one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons. Each subdivider or property owner shall pay for the engineering, planning, construction and installation of said original line located outside the City limits and which construction shall be of such standard and quality as to pass inspection by the City of Knob Noster, Missouri, and the State of Missouri.

The subdivider or property owner shall have said sewer lines designed, constructed and inspected in accordance with standards set by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and ordinances and Codes of the City of Knob Noster, Missouri, and provide the City of Knob Noster with a plat made by a certified civil engineer, showing the area to be served.

The subdivider or property owner does hereby agree that every connection made to said sewer will be subject to inspection by the City. The subdivider or property owner shall pay a monthly charge of three dollars seventy-five cents ($3.75) to the City of Knob Noster, Missouri, on every resident unit connection made to said sewer, and the graduated price as set out in Section 710.200 for larger quantities of water emptied into the system by commercial users, until such time as when the property becomes part of the City of Knob Noster, Missouri, at which time regular monthly City rates will then be charged, per connection.

The City of Knob Noster, Missouri, shall maintain the main and the part located on public property and easements and the property owners shall be responsible for the maintenance of that part located on private property after it is constructed in accordance with the above mentioned items and is approved by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
