In accordance with Section 365.070, vehicles licensed in excess of twelve thousand (12,000) pounds and trucks are prohibited from using and parking on certain streets, parking lots and driveways as established and posted under the provisions of this Code and as listed herein except while the operator of such vehicle is patronizing the property or loading or unloading merchandise for an owner or tenant of the facility.
