Compensate the Tax Collector on a two-tiered system as follows: $1 per bill mailed and $1.75 per bill collected. Said compensation for Township taxes collected in each year by said Tax Collector may be fixed from time to time pursuant to amendment by the Board of Supervisors by ordinance.

The Tax Collector of Fairview Township, York County, Pennsylvania, is authorized to provide tax certifications upon request by the public. The Tax Collector is further authorized to assess, collect, and retain as compensation for such additional service a reasonable fee, not to exceed $25 per tax certification, as determined by the Collector, as authorized by statute, per certification.

Each Supervisor of Fairview Township holding office on or after the enactment of this article shall receive compensation as a Supervisor. The amount of annual compensation shall be the maximum permitted under the Second Class Township Code[1] or other applicable statutes.

The annual compensation to which each Supervisor is entitled shall be paid in equal monthly installments. The monthly installments will be 1/12 of the maximum annual compensation permitted under § 62-3 hereof.
