A.
It
is hereby declared that the City's new fiscal year shall be adopted.
The new fiscal year shall run from January first (1st) through December
thirty-first (31st) of each and every year.
B.
It
shall be the policy of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to adopt the
budget in November of each year with the budget becoming effective
on January first (1st) following this adoption date.
