In District "E," no building, structure, land or premises shall
be used and no building or structure shall be hereafter erected, constructed,
reconstructed, moved or altered except those uses identified as "P"
for permitted in the Land Use Table in Appendix A.[1] Uses with additional conditions are listed below:
A.Â
Single-family dwellings, except mobile and manufactured homes. All
single-family dwellings shall have a permanent foundation.
B.Â
There
shall be no limit on the number of allowed accessory structures within
this district.

In District "E", the height of buildings, the minimum dimension
of lots and yards, the minimum lot area per family permitted on any
lot shall be as follows:
A.Â
Height. Buildings or structures shall not exceed thirty-five
(35) feet and shall not exceed two and one-half (2½) stories
in height.
B.Â
Front yards. There shall be a front yard the minimum depth
of which shall be fifty (50) feet.
C.Â
Side yards. There shall be a side yard on each side of a
dwelling of not less than twenty (20) feet.
D.Â
Rear yards. There shall be a rear yard the minimum depth
of which shall be fifty (50) feet.
E.Â
Lot width. The minimum width of a lot shall be two hundred
fifty (250) feet.
F.Â
Lot area. Every dwelling hereafter erected, constructed,
reconstructed, moved or altered shall provide a lot area of not less
than three (3) acres.
