The second amended map of parking areas of the downtown Business District is hereby amended by creating three (3) new parking spaces along the east side of Market Avenue in the south half of Block 11 as shown on the drawing on file in the City offices as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by reference to be known as parking spaces 14A, 14B and 14C in Block 11.
The parking spaces created under Section I of this Schedule are hereby designated as Zone 9, Four Hour Parking and all provisions of the Code that create a no-parking zone within said spaces are hereby repealed.

There shall be no parking at any time along the east side of North Main Avenue for a distance of two hundred seventy (270) feet north of the northwest corner of the intersection of North Main Avenue and Division Street.

Section IV: The Director of City Services shall erect signs notifying the persons desiring to utilize space 18 of Block 20 of the parking limitations provided in this Schedule.

Section I: There shall be no parking along the south side of the Fair Play Street right-of-way between Oakland Avenue on the east and Dunnegan Avenue on the west.
Section II: The Director of City Services is directed to erect or cause to be erected appropriate signage advising motorists of the restrictions set forth herein.
