B.
Residents of Livingston shall skate for free. Nonresidents will be required to purchase, for a one-time fee of $50, a badge which will allow them to skate at the Livingston Park. If either a Livingston resident or nonresident needs to replace his/her badge, then an administrative fee of $10 will be charged. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 36-1997, the Town Council by resolution can modify these fees if requested by the SYLS Department.
