The Board of Alderpersons of the City of Byrnes Mill, Missouri,
hereby establishes the Information Technology Commission of the City
of Byrnes Mill referred to in this Chapter as "the Commission".

The purpose of the Commission is to advise the Board of Alderpersons
in areas involving the use and implementation of information technology
systems and from time to time install or perform maintenance on such
systems.
