A.
Any
person, persons, firms, associations, corporations, agent of employee
thereof violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be punished
by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or be imprisoned
for not more than ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
B.
Each
day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
