A.
In
addition to all other requirements relating to the sanitary sewers
located in the City, no person firm, corporation or association shall
permit any of the following materials to enter the sanitary sewer
system:
1.
Any substance defined as a controlled industrial waste by State law.
2.
Any waste containing any lead or cadmium.
3.
Any product which is toxic or poisonous to human, animal, aquatic
or plant life.
4.
Any substance described or defined as a radioactive material by the
United States Department of Transportation.
