A. 
No person not previously specifically authorized by the Board of Aldermen shall be permitted within any City Park after 10:00 P.M.
B. 
Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this Section shall be punished as set out in Section 100.220 of this Code.

A. 
In addition to the general laws of the City, no person shall, in any City park:
1. 
Park or drive a motor vehicle on walking trails (except authorized City vehicles).
2. 
Commit any act of vandalism in, or cause damage or destruction to, any City property.
3. 
Camp or park overnight including in vehicles, tents, RVs, etc.
4. 
Drive or operate any motorized vehicle (including snowmobiles, ATVs, go-carts) except in areas designated and allowed by Park Board regulations.
5. 
Use or possess any projectile weapon (as defined in Section 210.830), including BB guns, pellet guns, and air rifles.
6. 
Operate any equipment or machine for the production, reproduction or amplification of speech, music or other sound which is clearly audible at a distance of more than fifty (50) feet from the source thereof except by special permit subject to approval of the Park Board.
7. 
Possess alcoholic beverages except as provided in Section 240.030.
8. 
Have an unleashed animal.
9. 
Hunt, trap, or pursue wildlife nor graze livestock.
10. 
Dump or throw trash, empty bottles, or dispose of any refuse or otherwise litter.
11. 
Be present after dusk in the evening and before dawn in the morning, except by special permit.
12. 
Use or consume tobacco, tobacco products, and vapor products in contradiction to Section 240.040(C) or littering of cigarette butts or vaping cartridges.
13. 
Commit indecent exposure, public urination, or public lewdness.
14. 
Drive a motor vehicle having a gross vehicle weight over twelve thousand five hundred (12,500) lbs.
B. 
Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this Section, specifically, or this Chapter generally shall be punished as set out in Section 100.220 of this Code.

A. 
No person shall possess or drink any alcoholic beverages at any time in any City park unless a proper permit therefor has been obtained pursuant to Subsection (B) of this Section.
B. 
Permit Required — When. The City Clerk, after approval by the City Board, shall issue a permit to any person, firm, or organization approved by the City Board for permission to drink and possess alcoholic beverages in any City park upon the payment of a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

A. 
The Parks Department, or its designees, is authorized to issue a permit to any person, firm, or organization, after review and approval of the Park Director, or her/his designee, for permission to reserve and for the exclusive use of such person, firm, or organization to use any of the Park facilities, ball fields, buildings, or pavilions in the City parks for a period of time as specified on the approved reservation form. In order to cover some of the City's actual costs related to rental use of the City's parks and recreation facilities, the Parks Department is further authorized and directed to collect the rental fees and related deposits established below. For purposes of the following schedule of fees and deposits, the word "Weekdays" means Monday through Thursday and the word "Weekends" means Friday through Sunday. The rental fees shall be non-refundable. Deposits are refundable unless such amounts have to be used by the City for cleaning or repairing any reserved area after the user failed to do so.

B. 
Security for Park Use. For any rental pursuant to Subsection (A) above, if attendance in excess of one hundred (100) people is expected and/or alcohol will be present or if the Board of Aldermen otherwise determines the proposed use so requires, security approved by the Wright City Police may be required; if security is necessary and requires use of a Wright City Police Officer, the renter shall reimburse the City for the cost of providing such security at the Police Department's then-current hourly rates.
C. 
Tobacco/Vaping Prohibited. The use/consumption of tobacco, tobacco products, and vapor products, as such terms are defined in Section 407.925, RSMo, is prohibited at all times in any indoor area of City parks and recreation facilities and in outdoor recreation areas such as on walking trails, playing fields, or grassy areas. This prohibition includes the foyer and hallway areas of all park buildings as well as the outdoor area within thirty (30) feet of an entrance to a park building. Smoking or vaping is only allowed in designated parking lots.
