Application for use of the athletic fields must be made on application
forms provided by the Director. Fees for use of the athletic fields
by youth leagues shall be as follows:
Resident. $3.00 per player per sport
Non-resident. $5.00 per player per sport

Priority for use of the athletic fields will be given to teams
with fifty percent (50%) or more who are residents of the City. Such
athletic fields shall be available for use where fifty percent (50%)
or more of the players on one (1) of the teams applying for use of
an athletic field are residents of the City. No residency requirement
shall be applicable in interleague playoff games.

A penalty will be assessed against any manager or applicant
who falsifies a roster or application for the use of park facilities.

Hardball or baseball is permitted only in areas designated by
the Director.

Archery is permitted only in areas designated by the Director.

Copies of the league's game schedules for any season must be
submitted to the office of the Director at least fourteen (14) days
prior to the beginning game of the season. This rule does not apply
to league playoff games.

No inning of a night game may be started after 11:00 P.M.

No drinking of beer or alcoholic beverages will be allowed on
the ball fields during league play.
