A.
Prohibited — Exception. When signs are posted giving
notice thereof, no person shall operate a bus or a commercial vehicle
upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule
XI; except such vehicles may be operated thereon for the purpose of
picking up passengers or delivering or picking up materials or merchandise
at properties adjacent thereto and from which no other access is available
or for the purpose of servicing vehicles on such streets.
B.
Maintenance Of Signs Where Prohibited. The Director of Public
Works shall cause to be placed and maintained signs along those streets
and portions thereof upon which buses and commercial vehicles are
prohibited as designated in Schedule XI.
