In accordance with Section 355.100 of this Title, the following locations, when properly signposted, shall be designated as handicapped parking only:

Jefferson in front of Sacred Heart Church on Saturday from 4:00
P.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on Sunday from 6:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.

of 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Sunday.
