The City Hall of the City of Edmundson shall not be reserved,
rented, leased, or used for private events, meetings or functions.
Group meetings, events or functions that are sponsored by the City
or planned by the City shall not be construed as a "private event,
meeting or function".

A.
All paved
areas designated for parking on the City Hall property shall be used
only for the parking of vehicles in conjunction with business at City
Hall, Public Works or the Police Department or in conjunction with
the use of the City park. Absolutely no overnight parking shall be
allowed except:

The use
of skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, and similar coasting
devices is prohibited on all parking areas on the City Hall property.
