§ 336-2 Cash deposit requirement.

Owners of nonexempt, occupied mobile homes, upon receipt of notice from the Village Treasurer of their liability for the monthly permit fee, shall remit to the Village Treasurer a cash deposit of $25 to guarantee payment of such fees when due to the Village.
