In accordance with Section 365.070 and when the street is properly posted, certain vehicles shall be restricted when using certain streets as set out herein.
A.
All through, heavy truck traffic is prohibited on the following streets
in the City of New Haven, Missouri, to wit:

B.
Heavy trucks may make delivery to or from locations on prohibited
streets. However, after making delivery or pickup they must be promptly
removed from the location on prohibited streets.
C.
"Heavy trucks" shall be defined as a truck licensed
for gross weight of thirty thousand (30,000) pounds or more.
